Job Description:
Job responsibilities: Responsible for the development of product (excluding trial production) process technology;
1. Responsible for the preparation and issuance of process documents and ensuring their accuracy, including but not limited to: drawings, guidance sheets, and work instructions;
2. Responsible for submitting PPAP, 8D reports and other necessary materials to customers;
3. Responsible for the implementation of process document procedures;
4. Responsible for the statistics of CPK, CMK, and SPC during the production process, and improving their effectiveness based on the statistical results;
5. Responsible for organizing relevant departments to conduct product and process audits as planned
Review and improve the audit results;
6. Assist in participating in other activities of the quality system;
7. Other tasks assigned and self-developed by superiors
Qualification:
1. Engaged in the pipeline or manufacturing industry for one to three years or more
Work experience;
2. Aged between 25 and 40, suitable relaxation for outstanding individuals
3. Proficient in using 3D software such as CAD.
